Really satisfied with my unit and the overall complex. Although the surrounding neighborhoods can have some cons, the pros of living in this apartment complex outweigh the odds. For example, Atlas House has an awesome deck/patio with the view of the city, great gym, business center/lounge, pet friendly, mail concierge, trash valet - it feels like living in a luxury hotel except it’s actually your home. I’m happy with the fact of having my own secured parking space and don’t have to worry about someone taking my spot. I even have my own washer/dryer in-unit. What sold me was the huge personal patio my unit has. With this said, property management and maintenance personnel are respectful and willing to accommodate your needs - they actually do their job. Additionally, the leasing agents are very transparent and helpful throughout the leasing process. Shout out to Christine, Imari and Francis - I know I can count on them if I have any questions or issues. If you want to live in an up to date apartment (new, luxurious) - Atlas House is the way to go.

I've lived in the downtown area for over 8 years and I moved around to a lot of the new luxury buildings in dtla and the surrounding neighborhoods. I've been at Atlas since the beginning of the year. Overall I'd say the building itself is maybe a 4 out of 5 as far as luxury buildings in LA. The gym and views are great but everything else is pretty middle of the road. Unit is a pretty good size and I haven't had any notable issues. I took advantage of their specials when I moved in so the price point was great for me regardless.The 5 stars is mainly for this new management team. I've got a pretty good sense of good management having lived in several of the luxury buildings in downtown and this management team is definitely great. Francis is running a really tight ship and is very knowledgeable of the industry and the area. The team has a really good energy and the building is pretty clean even with all new move-ins. So kudos to them. Hope they can keep it up.Biggest problem here is for sure the pool still being closed. We've been waiting for quite a few months for it to be opened. Management is saying it's pending the final City permits but I dunno...6/5 management, 4/5 building. 5/5 overall.

Been living in the atlas house since December and I can honestly say that it’s been a great experience. They have very accommodating staff, such as Francis and David, 24 hour security, a full size gym, a pool with a view,in-unit washer and dryer, and even parking. In Los Angeles all that is hard to come by especially for a decent price. This place definitely makes it easy keeping your girl happy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place as a first stop when looking for a new home. Just look at this view from our window!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of living in this fantastic apartment, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the unit, I knew I had found my perfect home.The management and maintenance team deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. From the day I moved in, they were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Any maintenance requests I had were promptly addressed, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made me feel valued as a resident. Their dedication to creating a positive living experience truly sets this apartment apart.In terms of safety and security, I felt completely at ease. The apartment complex had top-notch security measures in place, including gated access and surveillance cameras. Knowing that my safety was a top priority gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.

Just moved into this new building. It is by far one of the best new apartments in the area. The gym is so nice I canceled my gym pass. Pool deck/bbq area has views and vibes!
